Security Alert: Suspicious Emails Targeting NCJAR Members

NCJAR has been alerted to a potential phishing attempt involving emails that appear to be from Authentisign with a “Closing Document Available” link. These messages may request sensitive information and should not be trusted without verification.

What You Should Do:

1. Do not click links or download attachments from unknown or suspicious emails

2. Verify all document requests directly with the sender using a trusted phone number or email

3. Never share passwords, login credentials, or financial information via email
