That momentum is already producing results, including the approval of the FY 2026 budget that includes key victories for real estate. It delivers full funding for critical programs administered by U.S. Housing and Urban Development, including Housing Choice Vouchers, fair housing programs, housing counseling, and the HOME Investment Partnerships and Community Development Block Grants programs.
