Recently, many NCJAR members have encountered issues with the "Validating NRDS" feature on zipForms, affecting their ability to access forms. This problem is not limited to our members, as it is affecting real estate professionals across the country. The good news is that New Jersey Realtors® (NJR) is actively collaborating with zipForms to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While the technical team works on a solution, we understand that many of you rely on zipForms for your day-to-day transactions. If you find yourself in urgent need of access to forms, NJR is ready to assist. Simply reach out to them directly, and they will provide you with the necessary access without delay.
