The National Association of Realtors® continues to expand their "Consumer Guide" series with resources designed to inform and empower consumers navigating the real estate process. Their latest addition, Offers of Compensation for Home Sellers, addresses an important aspect of property marketing that sellers should consider—offering compensation to a buyer’s agent. This guide outlines how the process works and why it can be a strategic tool when selling a home.
Why Should Sellers Consider Offering Compensation?
One of the most significant elements of a successful home sale is how the property is marketed, and offering compensation to a buyer’s agent can be a key part of this strategy. Our new guide explains the options available for sellers and the potential benefits, helping you assist clients in making informed decisions.
