At NCJAR, we understand that the strength of our community lies in the connections we build and the support we provide to one another. This year, we are thrilled to continue that tradition with Realtor® Community Care Day on Friday, September 27, 2024. We invite all our members to join us in this special initiative dedicated to helping homeowners in our area with essential exterior home repairs and safety modifications.
How You Can Get Involved:
We need your help to identify homeowners who could greatly benefit from this program. Whether it's a past client or someone within your community who needs a helping hand, your involvement is key to ensuring the success of Realtor® Community Care Day.
Volunteers are essential to the survival, strength, and ongoing success of New Jersey REALTORS. Each committee listed below focuses on a unique aspect of the organization and plays a vital role in guiding key decisions. All members are encouraged to submit a committee selection form. Appointments are determined annually by the incoming president and leadership team.-
Bylaws Committee:Conducts a continuing inquiry into the provisions of the NJ REALTORS bylaws. Evaluates the document's ability to provide direction to the NJ REALTORS work.

Circle of Excellence Sales Award Committee:Develops NJ REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award rules and monitors their implementation.

Communications Committee:The communications committee helps oversee the internal and external communications of the association, including consumer and member advertising, content, and marketing.

Continuing Education Committee:Provides the NJ REALTORS with recommendations for continuing education courses and instructors.
Starting August 17, 2024, real estate professionals may ask buyers to sign a written agreement before touring homes. However, you do not need a written agreement to attend open houses or inquire about an agent’s services. A written agreement is required only when you begin actively working with an agent, which means receiving services like property identification and tour arrangements. These agreements provide clarity on services and fees and are fully negotiable.
