NCJAR Hosts REALTORS® Serving Seniors Webinar to Launch New Resource Network
NCJAR brings REALTORS® and Affiliate Business Partners together to learn how they can help serve seniors, caregivers, and families throughout local communities.
On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) hosted its REALTORS® Serving Seniors: Get Involved webinar, introducing members and partners to the new Senior REALTORS® Resource Network.
The webinar provided an overview of the initiative and highlighted opportunities for REALTORS® and Affiliate Business Partners to use their knowledge, expertise, and community connections to support seniors, caregivers, and families.
About the Senior REALTORS® Resource Network
The Senior REALTORS® Resource Network is a community initiative designed to connect seniors and their families with trusted housing information, educational resources, and local expertise.
Through partnerships with municipalities, senior centers, libraries, community organizations, and other trusted local groups, NCJAR plans to bring valuable housing education and resources directly into the communities it serves.
During the webinar, attendees learned about the REALTOR® Task Force, local volunteer opportunities, community partnerships, and ways to become actively involved with the network.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: SEPTEMBER 4, 2026
The NJ Realtors® Good Neighbor Award will be presented to three REALTORS® or REALTOR-Associates® who have made extraordinary commitments to improving the quality of life in their local and/or global communities through volunteer community service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nominees must be members of NJ REALTORS® in good standing.
- The award is intended to recognize individual contributions, not association- or company-wide efforts. However, if an individual within can be singled out as instrumental to the success of a group effort, he or she is eligible.
- The nominee's community work must have been conducted, started, or completed between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
- Nominees should be able to document the results of their individual involvement through published reports and/or testimonials from the organization they served.
